We call it Boot Camp for a reason - get ready for Rep evaluations!

Players will be pushed beyond their comfort zone each and every day of this 3-day training camp!

10U/12U players will work hard during 2 daily on-ice sessions and daily dryland sessions, challenging themselves with power skating drills, on-ice conditioning, military-style dryland workouts, and puck handling and skating drills.

SCHEDULE:
1:30-2:45PM - On Ice
2:45-3:15PM - Refuel and Rehydrate Break
3:15-4:30PM - Dryland or Yoga/Flexibility
4:45-6:00PM - On Ice
