We call it Boot Camp for a reason - get ready for Rep evaluations!

Players will be pushed beyond their comfort zone each and every day of this 3-day training camp!

At 14U/16U/18U, this camp will prepare body and mind for the stresses of tryouts and the season through 2 daily on-ice sessions, dryland workouts, and flexibility and yoga. Challenging power skating and puck skills, evaluations situations, and coaching feedback will prep skaters for the following weekend's Rep evaluations.

Friday
5-6:15PM On Ice
6:15-6:45PM Rehydrate and Refuel Break
6:45-8:00PM On Ice

Saturday/Sunday
11:30AM-12:45PM On Ice
12:45-1:30 Rehydrate and Refuel Break
1:30-2:30PM Dryland or Yoga/Flexibility
2:45-4PM On Ice
