Boot Camp

We call it Boot Camp for a reason - get ready for rep tryouts!

Players will be pushed beyond their comfort zone each and every day of this 4-day training camp!

10U/12U players will work hard during 2 daily on-ice sessions and daily dryland sessions, challenging themselves with power skating drills, on-ice conditioning, military-style dryland workouts, and puck handling and skating drills.

10:15-11:30 AM - On Ice

11:30 AM-1:00 PM - Dryland and Lunch
1:15-2:15 PM - On Ice

At 14U/16U/18U, this camp will prepare body and mind for the stresses of tryouts and the season through 2 daily on-ice sessions. Challenging power skating and puck skills, tryout situations, and coaching feedback will prep skaters for the following week's rep tryouts.

4:00-5:15 PM - On Ice
5:15-5:45 PM - Rest and Hydration Break
5:45-6:45 PM - On Ice
