Overview

Learn to skate at Eagles Ice Arena with the Lilac City Figure Skating Club!

These classes teach the fundamental lifelong skills needed when strapping on skates to step on the ice. Learn to Skate USA skills are endorsed by USA Hockey, US Figure Skating, and USA Speed Skating. Skaters will learn safe falling, gliding, stroking forward and backward, stopping, turns, and beginning spins and jumps.

Six week sessions are offered at $140 for each student including:

  • 30 minutes of group lessons
  • 30 minutes total of free skate time for class participants
  • Free skate rental
  • 5 free passes to Public Skate sessions
  • Optional private coaching lessons for an additional fee
